Meet Ritu Kothari
I started my career as a high school educator and have derived great happiness from empowering students to achieve their personal goals. I have also had the privilege of working in a clinical environment with patients on various preventative health care initiatives. My interaction has made clear the difficulty and frustration that people face in reaching their targeted weight and wellness goals. I developed the Weight Doctor Protocols on a solid foundation of nutrition and lifestyle education that flow into an easy to follow lifestyle program that makes goal attainment simple. Weight Doctor’s mission is to have everyone love themselves…inside and out!
