Medical assessment
Comprehensive bloodwork review, body composition analysis, and physician candidacy determination. Every enrolled employee is assessed — not every employee will qualify, and that clinical gate is part of what makes the program work.
Physician-prescribed medication
Where clinically appropriate, the physician prescribes weight loss medication. Prescription is filled at the employee’s pharmacy. Medication cost is separate from the program fee.
10 weekly counselling sessions
2 x 45 mins sessions and 8 x 30 mins sessions with a nutritional counsellor — CBT-informed, practical, and accountability-driven. Available virtually, so no clinic visit required for employees outside Mississauga.
Body composition and functional monitoring
Fat mass, lean mass, waist circumference, grip strength, and cardiovascular markers tracked at weeks 0, 6, and 12. Aggregate (de-identified) reporting available to employers on request.
Maintenance program
Employees who complete the 10-week program have the option to continue at $100/month — protecting the results and reducing recurrence risk.

Step 1 — Corporate consultation
We meet with your HR or benefits team to understand your workforce, your current benefits structure, and what outcomes matter to you. No commitment required.
Step 2 — Group rate agreement
We agree on a group rate and the structure — fully employer-funded, employee co-pay, or integrated into your existing extended health benefits. Flexible to your situation.
Step 3 — Employee access
Eligible employees book directly through a dedicated link or booking code. The assessment determines candidacy — you don’t manage enrollment clinically.
Step 4 — Reporting
Aggregate, de-identified clinical outcome data is available to your HR or benefits team at program completion — participation rates, completion rates, and measurable health outcomes. Individual employee health data remains confidential.
Program cost.
The per-employee program fee is $1,499. Group rates are available for 10 or more employees — contact us to discuss.
Employees who prefer not to pay upfront can split the fee into 3 equal payments of $499.67, due at booking, week 4, and week 8. Employer co-pay arrangements can be structured around this schedule.
Prescription medication is not included — it is dispensed at each employee’s pharmacy and managed individually. Weekly counselling sessions may be claimable under extended health benefits depending on the employee’s plan and counsellor designation.
